By supporting diversity, we support the very foundations of equity and inclusion in society.
Over the past decade, diversity among U.S. first-year law students has increased from 28% to nearly 37%, thanks in part to the advocacy and initiatives of organizations like ours.
This progress, while significant, is only the first step toward achieving full diversity in the legal profession. We remain committed to expanding our efforts, recognizing that true change requires ongoing dedication and collaboration.
